Once your return request is approved, you will be compensated by:

Adding the value of the product to your store wallet as Store Credit

You can use the credit for any future purchase

The credit will be added within 1 to 7 business days from the approval date

3. Return and Exchange Conditions

To submit a return or exchange request, the following conditions must be met:

The request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order

The item must be unused and free from any damage, odor, or washing

The item must include all its accessories and original packaging (if applicable)

Please provide photos or a video showing the issue in case of defects or size discrepancies

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for used or damaged items resulting from misuse

4. Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange service in the following cases:

- Size mismatch

- Customer wishes to change the color/model (based on stock availability)

Exchange Process :

The new item will be delivered, and the old item collected at the same time by the shipping company

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange process
