Zaghou Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At Zaghou, we strive to offer a seamless shopping experience while ensuring fairness and protection for both our customers and designers. If your order does not meet your expectations due to an issue from our end, we will work to resolve it in line with the policies outlined below. However, certain situations may arise that are not explicitly covered here, and in such cases, we will aim to find a fair solution for all parties.
Defective Items
Customers must notify Zaghou of any defective or incorrect items within 48 hours of receiving the order. If no notification is received within this period, it will be considered that the product was received in good condition.
Exchanges
✔ Exchanges are only permitted if an item is defective or not as described.
✔ Items must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.
✔ Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Returns & Refunds
✔ Returns are accepted only for items that are defective or not as described.
✔ Items must be returned within 7 days in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
✔ Customers eligible for a refund will receive the amount back to their original payment method (credit/debit card).
✔ If the payment was made via bank transfer, the refund will be issued as Zaghou store credit.
❌ Returns and refunds are NOT applicable for customers who refuse to accept delivery of an order.
Order Cancellation
✔ Customers can cancel their orders within 1 hour of purchase.
✔ Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to the original payment method.
✔ Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
✔ The refunded amount will be net of bank processing charges.
